E se fosse tutta una messa in scena? Se si trattasse di un piano machiavellico studiato da tempo e che solo ora sta entrando nel suo vivo?
Ammettiamo, per un istante, che tutto il litigio tra Berlusconi e Fini sia stato costruito ad arte. Da un lato, abbiamo il partito di maggioranza che ha segnato il passo alle ultime elezioni, facendo avanzare gli alleati leghisti: il motivo, a mio modesto modo di vedere, è da ricondurre prima di tutto all’atteggiamento scandaloso del Premier nei confronti della legge. Dall’altro, abbiamo un’opposizione incapace non solo di costruire e proporre valide alternative allo sfacelo che ci stanno propinando, ma anche sempre meno efficace sul fronte dell’antiberlusconismo.
Un oppositore interno, quale parrebbe essere l’ex leader di Alleanza Nazionale, consentirebbe di contenere le perdite di elettori sedotti da una apparente maggiore serietà della Lega e, allo stesso tempo, di attrarre una parte di elettorato centrista o fors’anche di centro sinistra meno interessato a una resistenza mirata ad abbattere il Condottiero.
In quest’ottica, i contrasti delle settimane scorse sarebbero null’altro che passi verso la costruzione di una maggiore e più larga credibilità di Fini, in prospettiva futura. Un futuro capo di partito apparentemente capace di non scendere a compromessi con i poteri più forti e di difendere i valori cari a molti italiani non del tutto anestetizzati da una propaganda piduista e materialista. Insomma, quello che dovrebbero essere i leader del PD.
In epoca di soap politic, romanzare è un’alternativa.

Let’s assume for a moment, that all litigation between Berlusconi and Fini have been fabricated to. On the one hand, we have the majority party that has stalled in the last election, in favour of its allies, the Lega Nord: this is because, in my humble view, first of all of the scandalous attitude of the Premier in respect of Law . Second, we have an opposition not just unable to build and propose alternatives to the collapse that are served to us, but also less effective on the front of antiberlusconismus.
An opponent inside, which would seem to be the former leader of National Alliance, would limit and invert the loss of voters seduced by an apparent greater seriousness of the Lega and, at the same time attract some of centrist or perhaps center-left voters less interested in a targeted resistance to overthrow the Leader.
In this context, the contrasts of the past few weeks were nothing but steps towards building greater and wider credibility for Fini, in the future. A future party leader that seems capable of not compromising with stronger powers and defend the values dear to many Italians, those not fully anesthetized by a piduistic and materialistic propaganda. So, how it should be the leader of the PDs.
In times of soap politic, Romance is an alternative.
