Che il nostro Presidente del Consiglio e Vladimir Putin fossero legati da rapporti amichevoli lontani nel tempo era cosa nota. L’attuale Primo Ministro della Federazione Russa è la dimostrazione vivente di quanto la coerenza sia sconosciuta a Berlusconi: difficile immaginare qualcuno di più comunista (nel senso più deteriore del termine) di un membro del KGB!
In occasione del vertice tra Italia e Russia, il Premier non ha perso l’occasione per flirtare con il suo democratico amico, parlando tra le altre cose anche della controversa costruzione delle centrali nucleari, con la dichiarazione che da qui a tre anni partirà la costruzione della prima, nuova, fiammante fabbrica di scorie da affondare al largo di qualche amena costa del Mediterraneo, grazie alla collaborazione di una qualsiasi impresa a conduzione familiare. Ci voleva, soprattutto nell’anniversario del più grande disastro nucleare civile. Il nucleare è l’ennesimo passo indietro di una conduzione scellerata del paese: per carità, interessante il programma “Ignitor” per la ricerca sulla fusione nucleare, almeno sulla carta. Ma perché continuare a sparare balle colossali, citando realtà dove si sta andando verso forme di energia ben diverse? Una domanda retorica, è ovvio.
Molto interessante, comunque, la dichiarazione secondo cui “”bisogna che cambi l’opinione pubblica italiana, dobbiamo fare una vasta opera di convincimento”: come dire, voi state sbagliando tutto, ci penso io a dirvi quello che volete. La cosa allucinante è che è facile che ci riesca: Berlusconi è bravissimo in questo e gli Italiani sono bravissimi a farsi dire che cosa vogliono. Ragionare con la propria testa è troppo difficile.

But why continue to shoot huge bales, citing reality where they are going to very different forms of energy? A rhetorical question, of course.
Very interesting, however, the statement that “we must change the Italian public opinion, we need a vast work of conviction”: as it were, you were all wrong, I’ll tell you what you want. The incredible thing is that he is likely to succeed: Berlusconi is very good in this and the Italians are great at being told what they want. Reasoning with our own head is too hard.
