Entrambe sono categorie composte da persone strapagate e che fanno malissimo il loro lavoro. Entrambe sono categorie composte da persone che dovrebbero vergognarsi. Entrambe sono categorie composte da persone che sono più prese da loro stessi e dalle loro necessità che non da quelle del paese.

Politici e calciatori si sono resi protagonisti, nei giorni scorsi, di battibecchi a distanza. Ci sono però delle notevoli differenze. La più grossa, di sicuro, sta nel fatto che dopo la deprimente sconfitta contro la Slovacchia Lippi e i nazionali si sono assunti la responsabilità del fallimento e hanno mostrato, almeno all’apparenza un dispiacere sincero. Abbiamo fatto schifo, ci vergognamo.

Dall’altra parte, invece, i signori che siedono in Parlamento e al governo quasi si vantano di fare schifo. Una delle ultime è la fretta con cui il neoministro Brancher è ricorso al legittimo impedimento per schivare la giustizia: come volevasi dimostrare, l’ipotesi di alcuni, quella cioè secondo cui il ruolo gli è stato dato solo per quello, pare la più attendibile. Oltre tutto, lo ha fatto sfruttando la Grande Distrazione, quel mondiale di calcio che serve come il pane per tenere gli occhi degli italiani, già foderati di prosciutto made in Mediaset, i più lontani possibili dalle furbate dei nostri egoisti governanti. Una strategia già usata in passato e che ora necessita di qualcos’altro per tenere all’oscuro il popolo.

Prima o poi succederà qualcosa. Non può piovere per sempre. Basta che non si metta a grandinare.

Both groups are composed of people who are overpaid and work badly. Both categories are made up of people who should be ashamed. Both groups are composed of people who are more taken by them and their needs than by those of the country.

Politicians and football players have become actors, in recent days, of bickering in distance. But there are some significant differences. The biggest, of course, is that after the dismal defeat against Slovakia Lippi and national players have taken full responsibility for the failure and showed at least a seemingly sincere regret. We suck, we are ashamed.

On the other hand, however, the gentlemen who sit in parliament and government almost take pride in being disgusting. One of the last is the haste with which the neoministro Brancher made recourse to “legittimo impedimento” to dodge justice: quod erat demonstrandum,  the assumption of some that say that the role was given him only for that, seems the most reliable. Besides, he did so by exploiting the Great Distraction, this World Cup, which serves as the bread to keep the eyes of Italians already lined ham made in Mediaset, the farthest possible by tricksy our selfish rulers. A strategy already used in the past and now they need something else to keep the people ignorant.

Sooner or later something will happen. It can’t rain all the time. Let’s hope it won’t start to hail.

Il governo del fare (ma non si sa bene che cosa, a parte i propri interessi) ha un nuovo, utilissimo ministro nel proprio organico. Ad Aldo Brancher è stato assegnato ciò di cui il paese aveva estrema necessità, in un momento come questo: il ministero per l’attuazione del federalismo. Immagino che tutti gli altri ministeri analoghi siano stati particolarmente contenti di avere un aiuto di questo tipo.

Di fronte a una scelta di questo tipo, perniciosa e nociva in un momento in cui si chiedono sacrifici a tutti quelli che non sono nella ristretta cerchia del Condottiero e dei suoi simili, due sono le osservazioni da fare.

La prima riguarda la persona: si tratta di un condannato in primo e in secondo grado per falso in bilancio e finanziamento illecito, che si è salvato dalla condanna definitiva grazie alla depenalizzazione del primo reato e alla sopraggiunta prescrizione del secondo. Certo, nessuno può dire con certezza che in Cassazione sarebbe stato giudicato colpevole, ma tant’è: la prescrizione non è assoluzione e la depenalizzazione sancita per togliere dai guai Berlusconi e amichetti danzanti è una delle tante bastardate fatte alle spalle della gente per bene. Dal momento poi che non vuole una vita noiosa, è attualmente indagato per ricettazione. Quello che ci voleva, insomma, per aggiungere nuovi dettagli al quadro di palese onestà di questa maggioranza. Tanto che c’è chi, come il leader del maggiore partito di opposizione a se stesso, ha ipotizzato che si tratti di una mossa per consentire a Brancher di usufruire del legittimo impedimento. Come diceva qualcuno che la sapeva lunga, a pensar male si fa peccato ma spesso ci si piglia.

La seconda riguarda la cosa in sé: il Condottiero avoca a sé e al suo partito un ministero del tutto superfluo, che dovrebbe assolvere funzioni tali da oscurare il ministero retto da Bossi. Il quale, come era prevedibile, non l’ha presa bene. D’altra parte, sarebbe il caso che gli elettori della Lega (che si bullano di appoggiare un partito che fa della coerenza e dell’onestà le proprie bandiere) e gli Italiani che simpatizzano per loro si ricordino di come Bossi aveva apostrofato Berlusconi dopo aver rotto la loro alleanza, in seguito al fallimento della prima esperienza governativa. Sono passati un po’ di anni, lo so, e la memoria delle persone è volatile come la RAM di un PC durante un blackout, però varrebbe la pena farsi una ricerchina e sentire come il fieren alleaten definiva il Principe di Arcore. O come si scagliavano contro il nepotismo di Roma Ladrona. Se, fatto questo, si ha ancora il coraggio di definire coerenti i leghisti, non ci si dovrà più stupire se il nostro paese, compresa quella parte che minaccia secessione con una certa frequenza, andrà a puttane non solo nel vero senso della parola (seguendo l’esempio del proprio leader, utilizzatore finale per antonomasia), ma anche in quello lato.

The government of doing (but we do not know what, apart from their interests) have a new and useful minister in his plan. Aldo Brancher was given what the country had great need, at a time like this: the Ministry for the implementation of federalism. I guess other ministries similar to this were particularly pleased to have such aid.

Faced with a choice like this, pernicious and harmful at a time where they ask for sacrifices those who are not in the inner circle of the Leader and his fellows, there are two observations to make.

The first concerns the person: he is convicted of a first and second degree for accounting fraud and illegal financing, which was saved by the final sentence thanks to decriminalize first offense and which occurred prescription for the second. Certainly, no one can say with certainty that the Court of Cassation would have convicted him, but things are: the requirement is not sanctioned acquittal and the decriminalization of trouble to remove Berlusconi and dancing friendlings is one of many bastard things made behind the good people. Since then he does not want a boring life, is currently under investigation for receiving stolen goods. What we wanted, in short, to add more details to the picture of blatant honesty of the majority. So much so that some people, like the leader of the largest opposition (to itself) party, has suggested that such a move was to allow Brancher to avail of “legittimo impedimento”. As someone who knew a lot said, to think badly is a sin, but often it is right.

The second relates to the thing itself: the Leader holds sole and his party a ministry totally unnecessary, that should perform functions to obscure the ministry headed by Bossi. Which, predictably, did not take it well. On the other hand, it would be the case that the voters of the League (which bully themselves to support a party that makes the consistency and honesty their flags) and the Italians sympathetic to them remember how Bossi had called Berlusconi after broken their alliance, after the failure of the first governmental experience. Have gone a bit ‘of years, I know, and the memory of people is volatile like the RAM on a PC during a blackout, but it is worth being a seek and read (or listen) how the “fieren alleaten” called the Prince of Arcore. Or as they rant against the nepotism of Rome thieves. If this is done, and you still have the courage to define consistent the League, there should be more surprising if our country, including the threatening secession with some frequency, will not only go to whores in the true sense of the word (following the example of their leaders, end-user par excellence), but also in senso latu.

E così, come sempre, dopo i proclami elettorali e le dichiarazioni roboanti, ecco altri passi indietro rispetto a quanto detto. Se da un lato non è così negativo l’intervento sui dipendenti statali con stipendi superiori agli 80000 euro, dall’altro lascia attoniti l’ennesima ipotesi di condono edilizio, che dovrebbe portare nelle casse dello stato circa 6 miliardi. Avevano detto che non l’avrebbero mai fatto, né in campo edilizio né in qualsiasi altro campo e invece… Prima quella porcata dello scudo fiscale, un regalo a evasori e taglieggiatori, poi un nuovo dono in un settore dove il governo ha mostrato di avere grossi problemi, quello della casa.

Sarò noioso, ma insisto: se una persona normale, con uno stipendio normale e una vita normale fa qualche cazzata, il fisco (e la sua longa manus) la perseguita senza alcuna pietà, finché non ha sputato anche l’ultimo centesimo, con interessi. Ma se a fare lo stesso è un potente, un ricco, un grosso imprenditore o più banalmente uno sportivo ecco che si diventa gentili e lo si blandisce con delicatezza, trovando un accordo per avere qualche spicciolo in più – cioè una montagna in meno di quanto si avrebbe avuto se il furbo di turno avesse fatto il suo dovere. La cosa sconsolante è che gli italiani, invece di incazzarsi per davvero e fare in modo che tutti pagassero il dovuto (cosa che, se succedesse, potrebbe concorrere anche un abbassamento delle tasse), guardano a questi loschi individui con ammirazione, perché loro ce l’hanno fatta a farla franca e pagano di meno.

Ah, un’ultima cosa: tornano in auge alcuni provvedimenti presi dal governo Prodi e cancellati dal Condottiero come segno di buona volontà nei confronti dei suoi amichetti, tipo la tracciabilità del denaro contante. Dopo che per due anni hanno vissuto con ogni probabilità sugli allori del tesoretto che non c’è (ma che sono convinto in qualche modo abbia aiutato a chiudere operazioni allucinanti tipo il “salvataggio” di Alitalia), ci hanno detto che la crisi è peggiore del previsto e che bisognerà fare dei sacrifici: chi lo diceva prima di oggi era considerato un menagramo e un antiitaliano. Se ci fosse stato ancora Prodi, forse ora non saremmo messi così male. Questo, però, il paese dei furbi non lo ammetterà mai.

And so, as always, after the election proclamations and bombastic statements, here is a step backwards compared to what they said. While it is not a negative thing an action on civil servants with salaries in excess of 80,000 euros, I am left stunned  byyet another case of building amnesty, which should lead into the coffers of the state about 6 billion. They said that they would not have ever done, either in buildings or in any other field but … Before that crap tax shelter, a gift to fraudsters and pillaged, then a new gift in an area where the government has shown to have major problems, that of home.

I’ll be boring, but I insist: if a normal person with a normal earnings and normal life makes a mistake, taxes (and its long arm) pursue mercilessly until he spat the last penny, with interest. But if a powerful, rich, a big businessman or more simply a sportman does the same here that it becomes nice and gently soothes, finding an agreement for a few cents more – ie a mountain less than if the smart guy had in turn done his duty. The disheartening thing is that Italians, instead of being really pissed off and make sure that all would pay due (which, if happens, may also contribute to lower taxes), look to these shady individuals with admiration, because they have succeeded to get away and pay less.

Oh, one last thing: are back in vogue some measures taken by the Prodi government and canceled by the Leader as a sign of goodwill towards his friends, like the tracking of cash. After two years probably living on the laurels of the lil’ treasure that is not (but I am convinced that somehow helped to close the transactions hallucinatory type ‘rescue’ of Alitalia), told us that the crisis is worse than expected and that we must all make sacrifices: those who said that before today was considered a hoodoo and antiitalians. If there was even Romano Prodi, perhaps we would not be so bad. That, however, the land of sly will never admit it.
